What is online training?
Online training (also called weight or fat loss coaching) is like having a personal trainer, nutritionist and personal motivator all rolled into one. But instead of going to the gym or personal training studio, the instructor contacts you personally by email every two or three days. Andrew Cate is one of Australia's lead fat loss coaches, and will educate, support, motivate and guide you to help you lose fat and feel better. The program is tailored to suit your special circumstances and preferences, supporting you, making you accountable, and keeping you on track. It's also about building momentum, where you are encouraged to eat a little better, which makes you want exercise a little more, which helps you lose a little fat, which motivates you a little more, and makes you change your diet a little more etc. Ultimately, it's all about you getting results.

Fat loss coaching uses a range of strategies to help eliminate the excuses, keep you motivated and keep you accountable, such as a lifestyle audits, goal setting advice, written material and follow-up.

Advice on healthy eating - Some of the common issues we can address includes coping with emotional eating, how to tame your cravings, eating well when you're busy and tired, and developing an eating plan you can stick to. We do this through dietary assessment and analysis, dietary counseling, education, assistance with meal planning, provision of quizzes, worksheets, planning tools and support materials.

Advice on physical activity - Some of the common issues when can address includes learning to love exercise, how to start an exercise program, getting the ,most from exercise and how hard should you push yourself. We do this through program assessment and design, exercise counseling, education, advice on fat burning exercise, and supporting your gym membership.
You can indicate if you would prefer to focus on food, or incorporate both motivational and exercise support as well.
The 8 week fat loss challenge
Using email, we determine your goals, preferences, and special considerations. This will be used to develop an eight-week fat loss program that is emailed to you. We then interact by email to check your progress, update your program, and keep you on track. I email you tasks, fact sheets, audio files and quizzes, and check your progress three times a week. You can also email questions at any time, which I respond to ASAP. It's like having your own email personal trainer.
